We had the great pleasure to to collaborate with Metzelet, a traditional family-owned restaurant located in Cervinia (AO), for the creation of their new brand identity and communication strategy. Due to the generational change at the reins of the establishment, we worked closely with Luigi, the new owner, exchanging ideas and feedbacks on the new direction in which to take the restaurant, to elevate the perception of the place, to boost its already well established presence, putting our attention on their rich history and traditional cuisine offer. We approached the logo design process with the idea of making it very modern, simple and minimal, while keeping it local and grounded in the territory’s roots and typical elements: the ibex, an overall symbolic animal for the whole region, and particularly for the history of the restaurant itself, and the Mount Cervino, which is literally right behind the restaurant, one of the most famous and recognizable mountains in the world.  

After the definition of the new brand image for Metzelet, we then took care of all the usual (and some unsual) touch points you could expect for a restaurant: we designed and supervised the printing and production of the new menus, the new wine lists, interior and exterior decorations, business cards. On top of that we are curating the social media content creation and management, event planning, and photo shoots.
